It was a misty morn in Vallejo as Freewheelers gathered at the Vallejo Yacht Club for the 2015 Annual Business and Planning Meeting. The fog didn’t deter drivers from bringing out their beautiful classics.

Get on the right side of the tracks and join the Freewheelers as they visit the Walnut Creek Railroad Museum. The Diablo Valley Lines model railroad features standard gauge, narrow gauge, and interurban freight and trolley lines.

We ‘cut the ribbon’ on our month-long display of Freewheelers vehicles in the museum’s “Cavalcade of Cars.” And a poster with the Club Logo and information will be permanently installed on the wall in back of the display.

An enjoyable and relaxing drive in the North Bay along parts of the famous Sonoma Marin Cheese Trail. Much cheese was consumed at a picnic in a park by a lake.

Return to the “Hollywood Hills of the South Bay” as the Moore family hosta the annual pool party in East San Jose. Plenty room in the pool and the option to park poolside!

We've had so many new members in 2015, we needed ANOTHER new member luncheon! We will began the day by gathering at the beautiful Benicia Waterfront at 10 a.m. for some customary tire-kicking and mingling. From there, we will take the scenic route as we caravan over to the Vallejo Yacht Club where we will enjoy a delicious catered lunch.

The SS Red Oak Victory is the last surviving ship built in the Kaiser Richmond Shipyards during World War II. Today, the Red Oak Victory remains a monument to the men and women who worked in war-related industries as part of the World War II Home Front.
